CASE SHOW

Pizhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Case Background:

As a regional medical center, Pizhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital experiences high patient traffic, presenting multiple challenges to floor cleaning. First, high traffic volume creates a cleaning efficiency dilemma: Patients and their families frequently pass through the outpatient and emergency areas, easily leaving shoe prints, water stains, and dirt on the floors. Even with frequent mopping, cleaning staff struggle to maintain a clean finish, and damp floors can increase the risk of slipping. Second, handling special stains is difficult: Medicine residue often drips near the pharmacy and decoction room; this residue is dark in color and highly adhesive, making it difficult to remove completely with regular mopping. Occasionally, bloodstains and vomit are found in the laboratory and emergency areas, requiring more sophisticated disinfection and cleaning. Third, cleaning tools conflict with patient flow: Traditional mops can obstruct patient flow during peak hours, and unwashed mops can cause cross-contamination. Furthermore, corners and areas under facilities easily become hygiene dead zones: Debris and dust often accumulate under waiting chairs, in corners, and around trash cans, affecting the overall cleanliness.

How to solve this?

Recommendation: X5 + X2 floor scrubbers. Using two floor scrubbers in combination precisely meets the cleaning needs of different areas at Pizhou City Central Hospital.

The YZ-X5 ride-on floor scrubber offers high cleaning efficiency, handling large open areas such as the outpatient hall and main corridors. It simultaneously scrubs, vacuums, and disinfects, removing stubborn stains from crevices in one go. Wastewater is immediately recycled, and the floor dries quickly, eliminating the risk of slipping and falling, and significantly reducing manpower requirements.

The YZ-X2 walk-behind model is compact and can access narrow corners such as wards, elevators, laboratories, and around beds. It can quickly clean up sudden incidents of bloodstains or vomit in the emergency room.

The two models work together, ensuring a stable and controllable cleaning frequency. They consistently meet disinfection standards, thoroughly solving problems such as incomplete manual cleaning, interference between cleaning operations and patient flow, and inadequate cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. This optimizes the hospital environment and strengthens infection control capabilities.
